This domain is easy to pronounce and have search volume, CPC Blah Blah, Blah……
Focus on a single benefit. You can focus on other benefits in follow-ups if needed.
Keep it short and simple.

Don’t ask too many questions in your email. Focus on getting them to do one thing per email. Otherwise, they won’t do anything.

You don’t do follow up.
Real money is in follow up. Selling a domain on your first email is next to impossible it can happen, but chances are rare.
You just send one email and assume they’re not interested if they don’t respond. that can be true, but almost 80% of deals require five or more follow up emails to close.
And don’t just do follow up for the sake of doing it; tease them by adding some values in your follow up emails that can be: SV (search volume), CPC (cost per click), and more.
You don’t do it every day.
Don’t give up after a couple of days thinking it doesn’t work; sending 20-30 emails and not getting a response does not mean that tactic won’t work for you.
If you want this to work, you need to spend some time every single day to build a successful outreach campaign.
